Instructional Designer Job at Neapolis University Pafos

• Master’s degree in Educational Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• At least three (3) years related working in educational design and educational program development.
• Knowledge of adult education principles.
• Experience using content authoring tools (e.g., iSpring, Articulate) and media production tools.
• Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMSs), preferably Moodle.
• Knowledge of learning analytics.
• Universal design knowledge for accessible educational content.
• Communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
• Project management skills.
