How to bulk unenroll the learners enrolled in learning plan auto instance

Problem Statement:

The learning plan Auto instance cannot be selected for bulk unenrolling learners.

Brief Description:

There are cases where the admin wants to bulk unenroll users from the learning plan auto instance using the bulk unenrollment option. However,  learning plan Auto instance cannot be selected for bulk un-enrollment. This is a known bug that will be fixed in one of the future releases of Adobe Learning Manager.

The workaround for the issue is to unenroll the user using the learning plan. Here it is not required to specify the instance for unenrolling the user from learning objects.

How to set the learning plan to unenroll users from the learning plan.

Below is the screenshot of the learning plan setup that works for bulk unenrolling the users from all the instances associated with the learning objects in one go.

You may opt to choose the trigger (occurs when) that best suits your use case. However, the below learning plan uses the trigger: “Learner gets added to the user group”
