User unable to find a course


Issue : When a user is seraching for a course, the course is not visible to end user.

1. User will search for a specific course and is unable to find.

2. Admin needs to check if the user has access to the course :

Catalog >>see which catalog has this course>>the user group to which this catalog has been shared with.

3. If the user does not have access to catalog, then provide the access by adding the user to that user group.

4. If the user is still unable to find the course, it is because this course will be part of higher learning objects such learning path and certification and this user is enrolled into those learning objects.

If a user is already enrolled into a learning path/certification which has a specific course and if the user is searching using the course name, the serach functionality will not return the course rather it will show the certification/learning path which has this specific course by design.
